After completing study life, as fresher you need to search for a job first. Now you need to know key points that related to job search or application process. in market there are many job is waiting for right candidate. Here we will discuss about the primary concern that tells about you. Generally interviewer don’t spend more than 30 seconds to select or reject a resume. So you need special care while you are going to make one.

BIOGRAPHICAL DATA ( Bio Data)

Bio Data stands for Biographical Data. It is older fashion of CV or resume. In Bio Data candidate mostly focus on personal particulars like Name, Father name, date of birth, gender, religion, nationality, residence, marital status etc. rather than education and experience. Most peoples not use this format while applying for a job in MNC.

CURRICULUM VITAE (C.V.)
CV provide more detail information about education and life. One CV can be 2 to 3 pages or more depending upon candidates experience. Candidate modify CV according to the position and job roles for which applying. It reflect all talents rather then formal education.

RESUME

A Resume is consist by all details about Education, skills and employment details. As a fresher you can start with the career objective, followed by education qualification, project details, skills, internships, workshop’s, strengths, interests, personal details etc. regular basis you need to update your resume as per experience you gain and skills which you will learn later.

Final word- In modern technology most companies uses own web portal section called career. applicant need to fulfill the portal data asked by company. they filter best candidate from their database data. carefully research companies policy before posting CV because some companies need reference details, NOC, Payslip, ID proof etc.
