2. carry Xerox copy of Ration card and Aadhar card of all your family members. One passport size picture original ration card of family head.
3. submit photocopy copy of your bank passbook. If there is any issue of bank and Aadhar linking.
4. Submit all these documents to PDS office.
5. After submitting your documents PDS office staff will check your documents and may take your biometric authentication.
6. You will get two SMS as confirmation. First, after successful submission of all your required documents at PDS office. Second, after PDS official linking task you will get an SMS as confirmation in your Aadhar linked mobile number.

How to link Ration card with Aadhar card in online mode?

Almost all state government provide facility to link Aadhar card with ration card of citizen. You may follow below steps to link in online mode.

1. Open state PDS website (Example of WB PDS).
2. Click on Link Ration Card with Aadhaar Card (Different state wise)
3. In this window enter your Mobile number.
4. Confirm your mobile number by typing OTP you received in mobile.
5. Enter your Ration card number here.
6. Enter your 16 digit Aadhar card number
7. Confirm OTP.
8. You can also update address, and other details.

Update: Alternatively there is some camp operation running under govt. initiative. There you can visit and submit your ration card number and confirm biometric authentication to link your ration card with Aadhar card.
