Government of west Bengal really doing very effective work for the growth of the state. In this year Chief Minister launched many scheme, Lakshmi Bhandar Scheme is one of the best schem. Now onwards Nearly 1.6 crore female heads will receive minimum Rs. 500 as financial support. They can spend this money for their daily expense. If you are from SC/ST categories then you will receive Rs. 1000 under this scheme. That means beneficiary will get 10% to 20% of their monthly expenditure. Beneficiary will get this money under WBLB scheme directly in their bank account.

For this scheme WB govt. will allot Rs 11,000 crore fund annually, “Trinamool Congress” was declare this in election manifesto. This scheme will cover all SC and ST household. There is some eligibility criteria for women to avail the scheme, including disclosure of family income.
Eligibility Criteria for this Scheme
- Only female head from West Bengal can apply.
- There is no cast boundary, General, SC, ST can apply under this scheme.
- Families under tax-paying cannot apply under this scheme.
- General cast candidate having more than 2 hectares of land cannot apply.
- Govt. job holder can not apply under this scheme.

How to Apply Under West Bengal Lakshmi Bhandar Scheme
Government of west Bengal has launched this scheme, and from 1st July you can apply. Govt. has announced to submit application form in “Dware Sarkar” camp. From July “Dware Sarkar” camp will be conducted in each panchayat and municipality area. In this cam you need to submit your Lakshmi Bhandar application form. You will get the form from local office.
